Mobile Casinos 2026

A mobile casino is a casino you play on your phone, either in the browser or in a dedicated app. On this page you can see which Swedish licensed casinos, according to their own information, have an app for iOS or Android, and what you should check before playing on mobile – from logging in with BankID to paying with Swish and limits you can change directly on your phone.
We only say that a casino has an app when we have a source for it. For several brands we have not been able to confirm an app, and in those cases we would rather say so than guess. Your phone does not change the rules: a casino with a Swedish licence follows the same law in its app as on desktop.
How we compare mobile casinos
When we assess a casino on mobile, we look at four things. Is there an app, and if so, for which platforms? Can you log in with Mobile BankID? Can you deposit and withdraw with methods that work smoothly on a phone, such as Swish and Trustly? And are the responsible gambling tools as easy to find on mobile as on desktop?
The information comes from the casinos’ own websites and, where possible, from the App Store. We have not downloaded and tested the apps ourselves, so you will not find verdicts on how they work in practice here.
Mobile casinos with an app – what the casinos themselves say
The table shows what we were able to confirm in October 2026. If an app is missing from the table, it does not mean it does not exist, only that we have not been able to verify it.
| Casino | App according to the source | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Unibet | iOS and Android | The casino says the app for Swedish players is available on both platforms |
| Casumo | App Store and Google Play | Its own app with slotslive casinopayments and promotions |
| Snabbare | iOS (Swedish App Store) | The app “Snabbare: Betting & Casino” is operated by Snabbare Ltd |
| LeoVegas | iOS and Android according to the casino | The casino recommends the app; we have not checked the App Store listing |
| ComeOn | App available to download according to the casino | Can also be played in your phone’s browser |
| Mr Green | No casino app confirmed | Poker apps are available in the App Store and Google Play |
| Betsson | See the casino’s terms | Mobile information is missing from our sources |
Always check who is listed as the publisher when you download a casino app. Snabbare’s app in the App Store, for example, lists Co-Gaming Ltd as the seller but is operated by the licence holder Snabbare Ltd. It is the licence holder that must appear in the register of Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority), and the app should be traceable to that company.
Mobile casinos for different needs
There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Here are some differences that show up in the casinos’ own information, sorted by what you might prioritise.
Bonuses on mobile
You only get the welcome bonus once per licence holder, whether you register in the app or on desktop. Read the terms calmly before you accept – a small screen makes it easy to miss the maximum bet and the validity period. Casumo, for example, states a maximum bet of 50 kr while the bonus is active.
A simple example: Unibet offers new players 50 free spins worth 2 kr each for a deposit of 100 kr, with a 1x wagering requirement. The spins are therefore worth 100 kr in total, and the requirement is low compared with typical deposit bonuses. Offer checked on 15 October 2026. Terms and conditions apply.
Withdrawals to your phone
Concrete withdrawal times are rare in casino terms. The exceptions in our comparison are Snabbare, where Trustly withdrawals reach your bank within 15 minutes of processing according to the casino, and ComeOn, which processes withdrawals within 24 hours. Once the money has arrived, you will see it in your banking app.
Customer service on your phone
Chat is the contact option that works best on a small screen. ComeOn and Snabbare state live chat around the clock, and LeoVegas has chat, email and phone support 24 hours a day, every day. Casumo states opening hours of 08:00 to 00:00. If you have a question about a withdrawal, it helps to have screenshots of the transaction ready.
Live casino on mobile
Casumo’s app includes live casino according to the casino, and Evolution is the live game provider at Unibet, Casumo and ComeOn, among others. Live games use more data than ordinary slots because the table is streamed as video, so bear that in mind if you play over the mobile network.
If you want to know more about an individual app, you can read our Casumo review, where we go through the bonus, payments and responsible gambling tools.
The game range on mobile
The casinos state their game range for the site as a whole. LeoVegas says it has over 3,000 games, Unibet over 3,000 casino games and ComeOn thousands of casino games. Whether every title is also available in the app is not clear from the information, so if a particular game is missing you can try the browser instead.
Providers that recur at the casinos we cover include Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution. Check the game’s information panel if you want to see the return to player (RTP), as it can differ between casinos.
App or browser – pros and cons
A mobile casino in the browser requires no installation and updates automatically. An app can instead offer faster login and notifications, but takes up space on your phone and needs updating.
Advantages of an app
- Quick login, often directly with Mobile BankID
- Games and cashier gathered in one place
- Option of notifications, which you can switch off yourself
Advantages of the browser
- Nothing to download or update
- Also works at casinos that have no app
- Easier to keep gambling separate from the other apps on your phone
Notifications deserve a second thought. Swedish casinos may not send you direct marketing if you have excluded yourself via Spelpaus (the national self-exclusion register), but even otherwise it can be wise to switch off push notifications from gambling apps.
BankID and logging in on mobile
Swedish licence holders must verify your identity reliably, and in practice this is usually done with BankID, Sweden’s electronic identification system. Mobile BankID has existed since 2011, and BankID had around 8.5 million users in total in 2023. For most people, then, it is already on their phone.
At some casinos the account is created in the same step as your first deposit. Snabbare describes such a flow, where the account is opened when you verify yourself with BankID while making the deposit. The principle is the same as at a no-account casino, but the casino must still register your name, address and personal identity number.
Spelinspektionen has also proposed that electronic ID should be required at every login and that players should be logged out automatically after a period of inactivity. The proposal was presented in June 2026 and, according to the information we have, had not been adopted.
Your BankID is the key to both your bank and your gambling account. Never share it with anyone else, only approve logins you have started yourself, and lock your phone with a code or biometrics. That also protects you if you lose your phone.
Paying with your phone: Swish and Trustly
Swish has existed since 2012 and for many people is the obvious way to pay by phone. At Swedish casinos Swish is used for deposits via payment institutions, and Swish takes money from your bank account, not from credit. LeoVegas, Unibet, Casumo, ComeOn and Snabbare all list Swish among their payment methods.
With Trustly you choose your bank and approve the payment in your banking app, without a card and without a separate e-wallet. Both methods suit mobile well because you already have your banking app and BankID on the same phone. There is more here about Swish deposits at casinos.
If you pay with Apple Pay, which Unibet shows among its payment logos, it is the card behind it that counts. Since 1 May 2026 licensed operators must block credit cards, so only debit cards linked to your own account can be used.
The Swedish licence also applies in the app
A mobile casino with a Swedish licence has the same obligations as on desktop. You must have a deposit limit per day, week and month, you must be able to exclude yourself immediately for 24 hours, and the casino must offer a self-assessment test. Winnings are tax-free, and a bonus may only be offered the first time you play.
Bear in mind, too, that an app from a well-known brand is not necessarily a casino app. Mr Green, for example, has poker apps in both the App Store and Google Play, but we have not been able to confirm a Swedish casino app. Read the description before you download.
If you download an app by any route other than the App Store or Google Play, for example via a link in a message, you should be careful. Check that the brand and the company appear in the licence register before you log in or deposit money.
Checklist before you play in a casino app
- The publisher in the App Store or Google Play can be linked to the licence holder.
- The brand appears in Spelinspektionen’s licence register.
- You can find deposit limits, the self-assessment test and self-exclusion in the app’s menu.
- You have decided which notifications the app may send.
- You know which methods apply to withdrawals, not just to deposits.
Responsible gambling on mobile
Your phone makes it possible to play wherever you are, and that is exactly why limits are especially important. Set your deposit limit when you register and change it in the app if you want to lower it – a reduction takes effect immediately, while an increase takes at least 72 hours.
Several casinos have more tools than the law requires. Casumo offers loss limits, session time limits, reminders of how long you have been playing and the option to take a break, among other things. Snabbare lets you limit how much you stake per day, week and month. Do use them – on mobile, time often passes faster than you think.
Spelinspektionen’s proposed new rules from June 2026 also include points that affect mobile play, such as limiting autoplay to a maximum of 60 rounds and preventing withdrawals from being cancelled. None of this was yet in force according to our sources. More advice on limits and warning signs is in our guide to responsible gambling.
If you want to take a break from all gambling with Swedish licence holders, you can exclude yourself via Spelpaus, directly from your phone with BankID. The shortest period is 10 days, and the exclusion cannot be lifted early. Stödlinjen, the national gambling helpline, can be reached on 020-81 91 00 and also has a chat on stodlinjen.se.
Frequently asked questions
Which Swedish casinos have an app?
According to the casinos’ own information, apps for both iOS and Android are available at Unibet and Casumo, among others, and Snabbare has an app in the Swedish App Store. LeoVegas and ComeOn also say they have apps. Always check that the app is published by or for the licence holder.
Is it safe to play casino games on mobile?
A casino with a Swedish licence must follow the same rules on mobile as on desktop, with identity checks, deposit limits and Spelpaus. Only download apps from the App Store or Google Play, and check that the company is listed in Spelinspektionen’s licence register.
Do I need to download an app to play on mobile?
No, an app is not a requirement at every casino. ComeOn, for example, says you can play both in the app and in your phone’s browser. You can see which options are available on the casino’s website.
Can I deposit with Swish at a mobile casino?
Yes, at several Swedish casinos. LeoVegas, Unibet, Casumo, ComeOn and Snabbare list Swish among their payment methods. Swish takes money directly from your bank account.
Do I get a different bonus if I register in the app?
No. The bonus rule in Spellagen (the Gambling Act) applies per licence holder, so you only get one welcome bonus whether you register in the app or on desktop. Read the terms before you accept, wherever you register.
