ComeOn review

By Mikael Sandberg · Fact-checked by Emma Bergqvist against Spelinspektionen's licence register · Updated 19 October 2026

ComeOn review

ComeOn offers both casino and sports betting and, by its own account, has Swedish-speaking customer support around the clock. Our ComeOn review finds a welcome offer where the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus only, a wide range of payment methods and fast withdrawals according to the casino’s own information. The downside is that several important terms, such as the maximum stake and game contributions, cannot be found in the information that has been published.

We have read through ComeOn’s Swedish website, the terms for new players and the decisions by Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority) concerning the company. The information in our ComeOn review about bonuses, payments and customer support is therefore taken from what ComeOn itself states, not from our own accounts. Where we have not been able to confirm a detail, we would rather leave it out.

ComeOn is part of ComeOn Group, which is also behind Snabbare and Hajper, among others. The brands are, however, run by different companies with their own licences, which affects how the bonus rules work. We come back to that further down.

ComeOn at a glance

Here are the most important facts about ComeOn in brief. We could not confirm the licence number and the licence’s period of validity in sufficiently reliable sources, so for those we refer you to Spelinspektionen’s register.

Is ComeOn legitimate?

ComeOn markets itself as licensed by Spelinspektionen, and the licence is held by ComeOn Sweden Ltd, which holds licences for both online gaming and betting. This means that Swedish rules on identification, mandatory deposit limits and bonus restrictions apply. Winnings from operators with a Swedish licence are also tax-free for the player.

According to encyclopaedias and industry sources, ComeOn was founded in 2008 and has been owned by Cherry AB since 2017. Cherry explored a sale of ComeOn in autumn 2024, but we have not found any information about a completed deal.

As the licence number is not shown in the footer on the pages we have reviewed, we recommend that you search for ComeOn Sweden Ltd yourself in Spelinspektionen’s licence register before you deposit money. There you can see the current licence and which websites it covers.

The welcome offer at ComeOn

According to ComeOn’s website in October 2026, new casino players get a 300% bonus up to 750 kr, 100 free spins on Divine Fortune Gold at 1 kr each and a 100 kr free bet for sports betting at minimum odds of 1.80. The offer is marketed as “Deposit 250 kr – get 1000 kr”, which adds up: a 250 kr deposit plus 750 kr in bonus gives you 1,000 kr to play with. Offer checked on 15 October 2026. Terms and conditions apply.

TermAccording to ComeOn
Bonus300% up to 750 kr
Free spins100 on Divine Fortune Gold, 1 kr/spin
Free bet100 krminimum odds 1.80
Wagering requirement20x the bonus
Min. deposit100 kr
Validity60 days
Max stakeSee the casino’s terms
Game contributionSee the casino’s terms

The big advantage is that the requirement applies to the bonus amount only. If you take the full 750 kr bonus, you must wager 750 × 20 = 15,000 kr within 60 days. Had the same requirement been calculated on both deposit and bonus, as at some other casinos, it would have been 20,000 kr. We go through how the difference works in detail in our guide to wagering requirements and how they are calculated.

With a smaller deposit the numbers shrink. If you deposit the minimum of 100 kr you get 300 kr in bonus, and the wagering is then 300 × 20 = 6,000 kr. The high percentage means you reach the cap quickly, so there is no reason to deposit more than 250 kr for the sake of the bonus.

Two things are missing from the terms we have been able to read: how large the maximum stake is while the bonus is active, and how much different games contribute to the wagering. These are precisely the points that usually decide whether a bonus can realistically be played through, so read them at the casino before activating the offer. You can see what these terms typically look like elsewhere in our comparison of welcome bonuses at Swedish casinos.

Sports betting as an alternative

If you would rather bet on sport, ComeOn says there is a separate offer of 100% up to 500 kr, to be wagered 6 times at odds of 1.80 or higher. Bear in mind that Swedish operators may only give a bonus on the first occasion you play, under Chapter 14, Section 9 of Spellagen (the Gambling Act). So you need to choose the offer that suits you best right from the start, as you cannot count on new bonuses later.

How to go about it

  1. Read the full bonus terms at ComeOn, especially the maximum stake and game contributions.
  2. Register and identify yourself with BankID.
  3. Set your deposit limits per day, week and month.
  4. Choose the casino offer and deposit at least 100 kr, or 250 kr if you want the full bonus.
  5. Keep track of how much wagering remains and how many days you have left.

The 100 kr free bet must be placed at odds of 1.80 or higher. Whether the stake is included in any payout, and how winnings from the free bet and your free spins must be wagered, is not clear from what we have been able to read – check this in the terms.

ComeOn Group and the bonus rule

ComeOn Group includes several Swedish brands, but they are run by different companies with their own licences. Snabbare holds licence 25Si1513 through Snabbare Ltd, and Hajper holds licence 25Si1514 through Hajper Ltd. As the bonus rule in Spellagen is tied to the licence holder, they are probably not counted as the same operator as ComeOn. How the companies themselves handle bonuses within the group is set out in each casino’s terms.

Game selection

ComeOn describes its range as “thousands of casino games”, without giving an exact figure. The providers highlighted include Yggdrasil, Games Global and Evolution. Other studios may be in the lobby, but as we have not been able to confirm them, we do not list any more here.

We have not been able to verify whether popular titles such as Book of Dead or Starburst are in the lobby, so search for the game at the casino if you are looking for a particular favourite.

Whichever slot you choose, it is a good idea to look at the return to player (RTP) in the game’s information panel. The same game can exist in several versions with different RTPs, and it is not always the highest one that is used.

Live casino

According to the casino’s website, the live tables are supplied by Evolution. You can see which roulette and blackjack tables or game shows are open right now in the lobby.

If you are going to play roulette, it is worth choosing European roulette with a single zero over American with a double zero. With one zero the house edge is 1/37, about 2.7 per cent, while two zeros give 2/38, about 5.3 per cent. No strategy changes that edge, but your choice of table does.

As long as ComeOn does not publish how much live games count towards the wagering, you do not know what a stake at the live table does for the bonus. Ask customer support first, or play live only once the bonus has been wagered.

ComeOn withdrawals and deposits

ComeOn has a wide range of payment options. According to the website, you can deposit with:

  • Swish
  • Trustly, including Trustly’s One Click
  • debit cards
  • the e-wallets Neteller, Skrill and PayPal
  • Paysafecard

If you prefer to pay directly from your phone, Swish is a natural choice. We have compared more options on our page about casinos with Swish.

According to ComeOn, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and with certain methods the money should arrive within a few minutes. Which methods apply to withdrawals is not specified in the material we have reviewed, so check this before choosing a deposit method. The simplest option is usually to withdraw to the same method you deposited with.

Before your first withdrawal

Your first withdrawal may take longer than later ones, as the operator may need to check your identity and where your money comes from. Make sure your account details are correct and that you use an account in your own name. If you have an active bonus, the wagering requirement normally needs to be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn, so check the status in your account before requesting a withdrawal.

Since 1 May 2026 an extended ban on gambling on credit has applied. Operators must block credit cards and, according to Spelinspektionen, should also prevent e-wallets from being topped up via credit card. If you use Neteller, Skrill or PayPal, you should therefore link the wallet to a bank account or debit card.

ComeOn on mobile

ComeOn offers an app to download, and the whole site also works in your phone’s browser. So you can choose whether you want an app on your phone or simply log in with BankID in the browser when you want to play.

The browser needs no installation and takes up no space on your phone, while the app is just a tap away. Bear in mind that this very convenience can make it easier to play more than you intended – consider turning off notifications and keep an eye on your limits.

Customer support

Customer support is ComeOn’s clearest strength. According to the casino, Swedish-speaking support is available around the clock, via live chat and by email at kundtjanst@comeon.com. That is unusually generous, and especially valuable if a withdrawal is delayed late in the evening.

The chat is the natural choice for an urgent question. Matters concerning bonus terms or verification, on the other hand, may be better handled by email, so that you have the answer in writing.

We have not been in contact with support ourselves, so we cannot say anything about response times. We will add our own withdrawal and customer support tests to this review.

Responsible gambling at ComeOn

ComeOn does not describe its responsible gambling tools in the sources we have reviewed. As a licence holder, the company is nevertheless required to offer a number of tools under Spellagen and the Gambling Ordinance (spelförordningen):

  • a mandatory deposit limit per day, week and month
  • the option to limit your login time
  • a self-test where you can assess your gambling habits
  • self-exclusion on request, including an immediate 24-hour break

A lowered limit applies immediately, while an increase takes effect after 72 hours at the earliest. If you want to exclude yourself from all Swedish operators at once, you do so via Spelpaus.se, the national self-exclusion register, where you can choose anything from ten days to until further notice. A Spelpaus exclusion cannot be reversed early. If you need to talk to someone about your gambling, you can reach Stödlinjen, the national gambling helpline, on 020-819 100.

Rating and verdict in our ComeOn review

ComeOn is a solid choice, above all if you value being able to reach support at any time and want many ways to pay. The welcome offer has a reasonable requirement, but the lack of published details on the maximum stake and game contributions means we hold back the bonus rating slightly.
